If providing digital accessibility is not possible, a public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. In the event a public entity refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or an alternative way of accessing the information, the requester may file a complaint about the accessibility of a digital website, mobile app or website element, or mobile application. Once the above-mentioned procedure has been exhausted, an application may also be filed with the Ombudsman.
Once all possibilities have been exhausted, a complaint can also be field with the Ombudsman.
