Let Polish culture become part of your everyday life!

To make this period of confinement a little more cheerful, we have prepared a selection of cultural proposals for you: from plays, to museum visits, through films and children’s activities, everyone will find something interesting!

1. Museum POLIN, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, has made a special selection of visits to exhibitions, podcasts and audiovisual recordings that will allow you to discover their work online on a regular basis.

2. TR Warszawa invites you to see the play “Inni ludzie” [Other people] as part of the “Stay home, don’t leave the theater!” program.

The screening will have place on April 4th at 7pm on TR Warsawa’s Facebook account

“Other people” directed by Grzegorz Jarzyna is a blockbuster show by TR Warszawa – a performance based on a poem by Dorota Masłowska, one of the most important Polish writers of the young generation. It is a story about Polish society [only that?], where the human bond is being broken.The play is a reflection on Poland through the three decades after the transformation, seen through the eyes of a writer from the 80’s generation. 

3. Studio Filmów Rysunkowych w Bielsku Białej : For the youngest and their parents who want to go back to childhood: discover the famous Polish cartoons thanks to the Youtube channel of Studio Filmów Rysunkowych from Bielsko-Biała. A moment of relaxation guaranteed for the whole family. You will be able to show your children emblematic characters such as Bolek and Lolek, Baltazar Gąbka, Reksio and many more!

4. Catch up on some of the most beautiful films of Polish classic cinema with the Youtube Studio TOR channel. Among those, for example Camera Buff (Amator) is a Polish film directed by Krzysztof Kieślowski, released in 1979.
