The сlosing of this year’s festival will be the new film of Andrzej Wajda, “Afterimage” (Poland/2016).

Andrzej Wajda took the name of the film from the series of Wladyslaw Strzeminski’s works. Afterimage is a visual phenomenon of an image (for example, the Sun) or a bright flash continuing to appear in one’s vision after the exposure to the original image has ceased.
