DANYLO HALKIN (born in 1985) is an artist and a finalist of the Malevich award-2014

Born in Dnipropetrovsk where he lives and works. Graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Theater and Art College, then studied in the Dnipropetrovsk Construction and Architecture Academy.
In 2009 began working on the “2222” experimental art group project which consists of “alter personalities of one author – himself”.
Winner of the Grand Prix of the MUHi 2011 competition. Winner of the third special award of the PinchukArtCentre in 2013. The same year the “2222” art group was nominated for the Kandinsky Award. Nominee of the Sergey Kuryokhin Award 2012. Nominee of the PinchukArtCentre award 2011.
Since 2007 participates in group exhibitions, first personal exhibition was held in 2012.
