Playing for Jarek

Several concerts will be played in Ukraine to support a legendary Polish guitar player Jarek Śmietana who recently underwent a major surgery for removal of a brain tumor. However the most important thing is that he CAN RETURN TO THE STAGE!!!!!!

Jazz scenes of Lviv and Kyiv will organize charity concerts “Playing for Jarek” in continuation of the initiative of jazz musicians of Warsaw. This action will be a good example of how the respect to the artist’s work unites many unfamiliar people despite any borders for a good cause and professional (artistic) SOLIDARITY.
