International conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the beginning of the World War I “1914-2014: from the war of empires to the dialog of cultures”

The problem of displacement of borders and identity changes caused many arguments and inconsistencies. A way to resolve this problem is to organize a constructive dialog between neighbor countries on the grounds of joint responsibility for preservation of the cultural heritage regardless of its ethnic origin.
