LADA NAKONECHNA (born in 1981) is an artist and a finalist of the Malevich award-2014

Born in Dnipropetrovsk, lives and works in Kyiv.
Graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk State Art College and the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv (faculty of graphic art and assistantship training).
Since 2004 she is a member of the R.E.P. group. 2008 – co-founder of the Khudrada (Art Council), self-organized
interdisciplinary community. 2011 – co-founder of the ISTM (Self-defense Initiative of Art Workers). In 2013 she won the second special award of the PinchukArtCentre. 2012, 2008 – finalist of the Malevich Award, 2009, 2011 – was among 20 nominees of the PinchukArtPrize,
Since 2005 she participates in art residences in Poland, Germany, Switzerland and Ukraine. Since 2003 she organizes personal exhibitions and participates in group exhibitions in Ukraine, Russia and European countries.
