This Saturday we welcome the first international participant of our educational program, director of the first Poster Museum in the world (Warsaw, Poland) Mariusz Knorowski, who will give a lecture on the theme “The global message and the sensitive diagnosis: what the poster tells us on the edge of centuries”.
Mariusz Knorowski is an art critic and historian. He has been the director of the Poster Museum at Wilanów since 2014, and a member of the Program of Boards of the National Museum in Wrocław and the Contemporary Art Museum in Warsaw. He is an expert of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage programs related to visual arts as part of the scholarship committee of the Ministry of Culture. Interests: matters related to visual arts, graphic design, visual communications, public art, sculpture, and the broad understanding of contemporary art.
