The “I Was a Pole – a Citizen of Ukraine” exhibition in Kyiv
The exposition presents the stories of Ukrainian citizens of Polish origin who died in the war with the Russian aggressor.
The author of the texts is Dmytro Antoniuk, a Ukrainian journalist, traveler and translator.
The exhibition was organised at the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, and the Center of Polish Culture and European Dialogue in Ivano-Frankivsk in cooperation with the General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Lviv and the “Freedom and Democracy” Foundation.
The exhibition will open on Thursday, May 4, at 3 p.m. at 29-B P. Sahaidachnoho Street (entrance from 2 Pokrovska Street) with the participation of the Director of the Polish Institute in Kyiv, Robert Czyżewski, and relatives of the fallen soldiers.
