International Ethno Music Festival on Carts “Perekotypole” is the first art event in Ukraine where such traditional Ukrainian atribute as the multifunctional Kossack cart which served as a transport vehicle, bed, military defence object, etc., is used as the stage for folk art masters, folklore musicians and collectives – bearers of authentic folk tradition.
