Ziemowit Szczerek (born in 1978) is a Polish journalist, writer and translator. He is a lawyer and political analyst by training. He lives in Kraków. He works with the following periodicals: Nowa Europa Wschodnia, Polityka, Tygodnik Powszechny etc. He received the Paszport Polityki (2013) award for his book  “Mordor Will Come and Eat Us”.
