Every year on April 19, we remember the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, which broke out 80 years ago.
And for the eleventh time, we support the Daffodil Testimony, organized by the Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN: the yellow daffodil has become a symbol of the shared memory of this event.
During World War II, several hundred ghettos were built by Nazi Germans in Poland. The ghettos were areas closed off from the external world. It is there that the Nazis isolated the Jewish population. We invite you to the screening of the “Shielding the Flame” animated film – the online premiere of which took place today.
