Summer in Poland – fully funded language and culture courses

Want to learn Polish, explore Polish culture in depth, and enjoy a summer in an academic, international atmosphere? NAWA – the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange – invites students and scholars from Israel to join unique summer courses in Polish language and culture.

The courses are designed for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of the Polish language and explore Poland’s rich history and culture, including literature, art, cinema, and music. Participants enjoy a supportive and engaging academic environment alongside students and scholars from around the world, providing opportunities for international networking, knowledge exchange, and vibrant academic discussions.

In addition to language and cultural studies, the courses include experiential activities – guided tours, meetings with cultural figures, and visits to museums and historical sites – offering a unique, educational, and enjoyable summer experience. Whether you are a student, researcher, or simply curious, NAWA’s summer courses offer the chance to combine learning, culture, international connections, and a personal, unforgettable experience.

What’s included in the program?

  • Polish language classes at all levels – from beginners (A1) to advanced.

  • Workshops and lectures on Polish culture, history, music, and literature.

  • Cultural tours and activities, meetings with Polish students and academics.

  • Duration: 2–4 weeks in summer (July–August).

  • Courses and accommodation are fully funded for selected participants! (Travel to Poland and health insurance are the participant’s responsibility).

Who is eligible?

  • Israeli students and academics interested in learning Polish or deepening their knowledge of the language and culture.

  • No prior knowledge of Polish is required – beginners are welcome!
