Between Us and Him – The Pedagogy of Janusz Korczak
Between Us and Him – encountering the humanist educator Janusz Korczak and his achievements in early 20th century Poland.
These will be two days of educational workshops aimed at teachers marking 80 years to his murder in Treblinka.
The two-days workshop will be held with the cooperation of the Korczak Educational Institute of Israel and the Mordekhai Anielewicz Heritage House.
The topics will include the relevance of the ideas coined by Korczak to our own times and how his short fiction can best be introduced to children and teenagers in Israel.
The workshops will be held online via Zoom
