During the meetings the politician will give a lecture on the subject “The Eastern Partnership – Achievements and Prospects” and present his book “Between the Maidan and Smolensk”.

Paweł Kowal is a Polish politician, historian, diplomat, former deputy minister of foreign affairs of Poland, member of the 7th European Parliament, and a co-chairman of the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.

“Between the Maidan and Smolensk. Dialog with Piotr Legutko and Dobrosław Rodziewicz” (Litopys publishing house, translated by Andriy Kozytskyi) is a story of the experienced politician and diplomat who was a direct witness and participant of important and often tragic events in the modern history of Poland and Eastern Europe.
