FINDING LARGE MONUMENTS TO BE DESTROYED is a theatre installation piece created by Polish director Nastazja Domaradzka and British Armenian writer Abi Zakarian, this piece takes as its starting point an imagined meeting between the two artists’ grandmothers, whose lives were shaped by invasions, war and Western interference but also intersect across themes of resilience, resistance and joy.
FINDING LARGE MONUMENTS TO BE DESTROYED promises an exhilarating, immersive and collective experience for everyone who joins the expedition. Bring something of yourself to leave behind; take something new to carry on with.
