Indie publishers and comic books distributors share their favourite publications at a windy Brighton’s beach.
Founded in 2007 by (currently) Brighton-based Ania Suska & Michał Słomka, Centrala publishes graphic books.
Currently they run three series: Love (children books), Life (graphic novels), and Death (art books). They promote authors from the minor European countries and have a special focus on female artists.
Centrala’s latest release is ‘Wage Slaves’ by Polish-Swedish Daria Bogdańska and tells a story of everyday life and politics in a precarious and divided society.
