Pianist Ewa Pobłocka at Wigmore Hall (3 Oct)

Distinguished pianist Ewa Pobłocka performs her highly acclaimed interpretations of Bach.

A concert of Bach interpretations by distingusihed pianist Ewa Pobłocka.

Ewa Pobłocka has given performances throughout Europe as well as in North and South America, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Republic of South Africa, Singapore, Korea, Japan and Australia.

She has appeared as a soloist with, amongst others, the London Symphony Orchestra, the English Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Bayerischer Rundfunkorchester, Tonkünstler-Orchester Niederösterreich, the New Japan Philharmonic, the Polish Chamber Orchestra, the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra, the National Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra and the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice.

The Polish pianist’s Bach interpretations have attracted extraordinary praise.

Gramophone wrote of her performances of Bach: ‘Wary as I am of superlatives…I can claim without hesitation that Ewa Pobłocka’s Well-Tempered Clavier Book 1 encompasses some of the greatest and most fulfilling Bach pianism on record.’
