These Polish classes offered by the Department of Slavonic Studies are free and open to all members of the University of Cambridge. They are primarily for students with little or no previous knowledge of Polish or for students who are building upon an elementary knowledge of the language. Offering courses in Polish language and culture since 1943, the University of Glasgow offers several options for study of the Polish Language as well as well as content courses dealing with the history, literature, cinema and the media of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland. These are available within the SMLC Comparative Literature programme, both on Levels 1 and 2 and in Honours (Levels 3 and 4).
