On the occasion of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day - a conversation of Dr. Yitzhak Noy with Sally Perel, the survivor based on his story the film "Europe Europe" was created

This year International Holocaust Remembrance Day – 27 January – the Polish Institute in Tel Aviv together with Cinematheque Tel Aviv

we are inviting you to a special event – an open zoom conversation of Dr. Yitzhak Noy with Sally (Shlomo) Perel,

the Holocaust survivor based on his amazing story, the film “Europe Europe” was created

We are inviting you to watch through VOD Agnieszka Holland’s ,Polish director’s ’“Europa Europa” movie, inspired by

Sally Perel’s Memoires, tells of a young Jewish man obliged to adopt communist ideology when he flees to the Soviet Union,

and then Nazism when the Germans invade the orphanage where he has taken refuge.

He suppresses his own identity and to save his life, even becomes the best pupil in a school for elite German youth.

The film will be available for viewing for a week starting Wednesday 20/1/21.

On Wednesday 27/1/21 International Holocaust Remembrance Day at 19:30 there will be an open zoom conversation

for the general public of Dr. Yitzhak Noy with Sally (Shlomo) Pearl.
