Meeting with the Next Generation to Holocaust & Herosim Legacy at the Polish Institute

Today the Polish Institute hosted a very moving meeting conducted with the representatives of the b organisation of the 

Next Generation to Holocaust & Heroism Legacy – Israel.

The meeting was filled with stories connecting between Poland and Israel, Israelis and Poles.

We discussed possible future project prospects. We are Looking forward to working together and bringing closer our nations

and building common future.

The Next Generations is an association that brings together sons and daughters of Holocaust survivors, grandchildren and

great- grandchildren, As well as anyone interested in the history of the Holocaust, heroism and resurrection.

The main goal of the association is to work to perpetuate the memory of the Holocaust and heroism in general and to pass on

personal stories in particular.

The association organizes annual commemorative events on national and international memorial days; An annual conference dealing with

the uprising of Holocaust survivors; Initiating trips to the sites where the Holocaust took place

Summer picnic of the Polish community on

The June sunset, the sound of the waves, and picnic blankets spread out on Frishman Beach created a unique setting for the first outdoor event in the “Polish Encounters” series. On June 25, a large group of representatives of the Polish-speaking community in Israel, families with children, and friends of Polish culture gathered to spend a summer evening together in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
