"Bridge Across the Abbys" - a book in which the next generations tell about their families, feelings and their connection to contemporary Poland
The Polish Institute is happy to support the launch event of the book “Bridge Across the Abyss” which was published by the Association of Former Lublin Residents and its Vicinities. In the collection of stories, the descendents of the Holocaust survivors tell about their families, their feelings,and their connection to contemporary Poland.
The book launch will take place on September 12 (Thursday) at Beit Ariela in Tel Aviv at 19:30, hosted by Shiri Lev Ari.

Polish encounters at the Library #2 🗓
On February 27, as part of the “Polish Meetings” series at the Polish Institute Library, we warmly invite to a meeting with Polish-Israeli photographer Tomasz Soliński. Participants will learn the basics of photography and receive practical, hands-on tips for taking great photos. All of that in Polish!

Following the success of the “Polish Tel Aviv” tours and the high demand, we’re pleased to schedule additional tours on Valentine’s Day. The activity presents the sites, figures, and stories that reveal the contribution of the Jewish community from Poland to the establishment of Tel Aviv and the shaping of the State of Israel in its early years.
