Mindfulness at the Library

New at the Polish Institute: a series of events in the Polish language! On January 23, the first meeting will take place, dedicated to mindfulness.

Throughout 2026, the Library of the Polish Institute will host a new series of meetings in Polish – Polish Gatherings – created for the Polish-speaking community in Israel. The series aims to foster a lively and welcoming community space. Each meeting will be led by members of the community, who will facilitate open conversations around their areas of interest, knowledge, and expertise. It is a place to meet, share personal and professional experience, and strengthen connections within the community – in a spirit of generosity, curiosity, and a genuine desire to go deeper.

The first meeting will take place on January 23 and will be devoted to mindfulness – as a way of life, a meditative practice, and a tool for cultivating a sense of meaning, presence, and belonging.

We will discuss ways of coping with everyday routines, and participants experienced in meditation and healthy lifestyles will share their insights and practical recommendations with the group.
