Polish encounters #5

We invite Polish speakers, families with children, and all enthusiasts of Polish culture to join us for a summer evening on the beach filled with conversation, new connections, and a splendid atmosphere.

After a successful series of events dedicated to literature, photography, identity, and life between Poland and Israel, “The Polish Encounters” (Polskie spotkania) series is moving outside the library walls – to the beach – for an open community gathering in a pleasant summer atmosphere.

The Polish Institute in Tel Aviv together with the Consular Polish Diaspora Section of the Embassy of Poland invite the community of Polish speakers in Israel, families with children, friends, and anyone who feels close to Polish language and culture to a shared sunset picnic on the beach. This informal meeting is dedicated to getting to know one another, conversations, new encounters, and community time.

The event will take place in a friendly and open atmosphere, and all participants are invited to bring a dish to share. It is an opportunity to meet members of the Polish community in Israel, exchange experiences, build new connections, and enjoy a relaxed summer evening in a Polish spirit.

We encourage everyone to bring something to share (fruit, salad, or other treats), as well as water, a picnic blanket, a hat, folding chairs, and any other beach essentials… and, of course, a good mood!

The Polish Institute and the Embassy will provide tables, refreshments, beach toys for children, matkot paddles, and other activities and entertainment.
