Sidney Polak is one of the most recognisable artists of season 2005/2006 in Poland. In June 2004 appeared his first solo album which has become one of the most importand music albums in 2004. It was appereciated by listeners, critics and music show business.
Sidney Polak band are:
Sidney Polak – vocal (he is a drummer in famous rock band in Poland – t.Love)
Michal Marecki – keyboards (he played with Fiolka, Marcin Rozynek. Now hi play on keyboard in t.Love)
Piotr Pniak – drums (he is a famous drummer in Poland)
Tomasz Wojcik – guitar (he played in very poular reggae band in Polad – Bakshis. Now he plays also in Maleo Reggae Rockers)
Pawel Mazurczak – double bass (he played with Trebunie Tutki)

The most important occurrences:
May 2004 – the polish biggest phonographic company Pomaton EMI publishes Sidney Polak album
In the summer 2004 appears single “Otwieram Wino” which becomes great summer hit. It reached 6-th place in Play-list in Third Channel of Polish Radio,
In Autumn 2004 band plays tour promoting the album. In total it played 25 concerts in whole Poland, rode 20 000 kilometers, was seen by 22 500 people;
In December band took part in New Year’s Eve TV Show “STRATOSFERA”, where the biggest hits of 2004 year were presented;
In the beginning of 2005 was published the second single “Chomiczowka” becoming the great hit: six weeks on the first place on Play- list of Third Channel of Polish Radio, the biggest rotations in music tv stations: MTV, Viva, For Fun TV;
Winter’ 2005- the next tour and making the video clip to song “Chorwat”;
March’ 2005- Polish Music Awards “Fryderyki”, where Sidney Polak received three awards: Author of the Year 2004, Composer of the Year 2004, Album of the Year 2004- alternative music;
April’ 2005- Music Awards “Microphones of Popcorn”- Sidney Polak received the title “Personality of the Year”;
May’ 2005- band plays twelve concerts in different cities connected with student’s events and enterprises of Universities, where mostly everywhere is the star of the evening;
June’ 2005- appears song promoting campaign of WWF- for a living planet. The author and performer is Sindey Polak, accompanies him a famous polish singer Reni Jusis. Campaign has also video clip emited in each music television;
On 25 th of the 2005 takes place the festival TOP TRENDY. Sidney received the Price of the Journalists;
Summer’ 2005- band plays twenty concerts on open air events in whole Poland.
