About the author:

Magdalena Tomaszewska-Bolałek is a specialist in culinary diplomacy, national branding, and oriental studies. She leads the Food Studies program at SWPS University and is an IGCAT advisor. As an award-winning author, she promotes Polish cuisine globally. She has also lectured on Polish culinary culture at various universities, including in China and Thailand.

Magdalena’s works not only showcase the diversity of Polish cuisine but also highlight the role food plays in shaping national identity.

Her books are a must-read for anyone exploring the traditions and flavours that define Polish culinary culture.
