Olga Tokarczuk in the UK

Follow our journey with the Nobel prize winning author

On the 10th of October 2019 Olga Tokarczuk won the Nobel Prize in Literature. This way she became the sixth Polish writer to receive this prestigious award after Henryk Sienkiewicz (1905), Władysław Reymont (1924), Isaac Bashevis Singer (1978), Czesław Miłosz (1980), and Wisława Szymborska (1996).

To celebrate her spectacular success, we created this visual map of her journey on the UK territory, where we work. It reflects and credits an amazing and increasingly synergic effort or many individuals and organisations who appreciated and nourished Olga Tokarczuk’s unique talent as well as our great pride to have been her consistent supporter and part of this work over the past decade.
