In a series of spectacular videos published these days on the Ynet website, the well-known chef Nir Zook presents

the best of Poland’s cuisine.

In the series of videos produced with the participation of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, Chef Nir Zook shows viewers the stages of preparation of a line of dishes from Polish cuisine – from pies,

through the well-known Sernik cake to meat dishes with vegetables and spices that delight the palate.

This, along with a variety of anecdotes about them, Polish history and culture, combined with curiosities from Zook`s own life and that of his Polish family.
