Polish wine routes will be the topic of the meeting, which will take place on March 31 at 11 am in the Library of the Polish Institute in Tel Aviv.
The lecture will be conducted by Adam Koren – a guide in Poland and Matias Glusman – a wine expert, Polish by origin, born in Argentina, also knowing Hebrew.
As a wine expert, Glusman introduced training courses for leading sommeliers to Poland. He personally trained thousands of people throughout Poland at various levels of knowledge about wines.
Matias Glusman holds a diploma from the world association WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust). He is an expert in noble and rare wines, a commercial advisor to restaurants and owners of
private collections, etc.
Adam Koren has been a certified guide in Poland for a decade, he runs a website and a tourist blog, as well as a Facebook profile about Poland. An Israeli with Polish roots and an avid wine lover.
During the lecture, Matias Glusman will present the individual regions in Poland where the leading Polish wineries are run, and Adam Koren will talk about the tourist wine trail, setting the
background for each Polish wine area. It will present various routes through the areas of the wine industry and suggest attractions along the wine trails.
The lecture will be held in Hebrew.
The lecture will take place in the Library of the Polish Institute in Tel Aviv and will be broadcast live on the Facebook IP profile.

The lecture on wine routes unknown to the general public in Lower Silesia, Pomerania and Świętokrzyskie was enriched with a unique tasting of selected wines from Poland.
