The book “Flights” is a fascinating original novel, which in 2018 earned Olga Tokarczuk, Nobel Prize winner for literature and author of the bestseller “Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead“, the International Booker Prize.

What do we have in common with ancient monks who belong to the orthodox stream, who face evil through movement and wandering? To what extent is each of us a traveler himself?

From ancient sultan palaces to modern airports, “Flights” take us on a worldwide and extraordinary journey, encouraging us to come to terms with reality and abandon the familiar path through humor, charm, imagination, and an unforgettable reading experience.
