In Conversation: Polish Echoes in Complicité

An audio-visual lecture looking at the Polish echoes present in the works of the international theatre ensemble Complicite.

28 March, 18:00, the Barbican Centre

Join us for a fascinating discussion about the influence of Polish culture on the work of Complicité, which has collaborated with Polish artists and adapted works by Polish writers in the past. The event will feature Professor Tomasz Wiśniewski and Dr Angeliki Varakis-Martin, and it will also include a Q&A session with the audience. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the connections between British and Polish theatre and celebrate the longstanding relationship between Complicité and Poland.

Tickets are now available for only £5!

The highly-anticipated production of “Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead” by Complicité is coming to the Barbican in 2023, and there are still some dates available to attend!
