Information on the processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers by Polish Institute in Berlin

The present information ensures compliance with the obligation laid down in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

The data are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR – with your consent – for the purpose of sending a newsletter containing information on the programme and activities of the Polish Institute in Warsaw Handing over your data is voluntary but necessary to receive the newsletter.
  2. The data are protected on the basis of the GDPR and may not be transferred to third parties unauthorized to access the data.
  3. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
  4. Only authorized employees of the Polish Institute in Berlin have access to the data.
